CSU SPaRA
The CSU STEM Pathways and Research Alliance (SPaRA) is a coordinated system-wide program aimed at preparing the next generation of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) workers by providing academic support and professional development to students from the California State University (CSU) system. Each of the CSU SPaRA programs offers activities and services designed to improve the retention, graduation and degree attainment of undergraduate students in STEM. In addition, CSU SPaRA seeks to increase the number of CSU students who enroll in STEM graduate programs.
CSU SPaRA is committed in recruiting eligible applicants who face or faced social, economic, and educational barriers impacting their pathways into a STEM career.
